We excited to introduce Pam Posnett as our dedicated local Melton East council candidate. Pam has been a familiar face in our community for many years, having served as both Mayor and a local councillor. Her commitment to making Melton a better place shines through in everything she does. As a Borough Councillor and a former leader of Melton Borough Council, Pam has a solid track record of working hard for the people of our town. Pam has called Melton home since 1973 and has spent over two decades working as an Occupational Health Nurse for Mars. She loves to connect with residents during her monthly surgeries in the Market Place on Saturdays! She also organizes casual resident meetings whenever she’s out and about in town—she really enjoys getting to know you all. For those serving in the military and our wonderful veterans, we have a special Breakfast Club on the first Saturday of every month. Join us for a delicious breakfast at the Harborough Hotel from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. — we’d love to see you there! In her free time, Pam enjoys spending quality time with her son, daughter, and four grandkids. She truly cares about our community and works tirelessly for all of us here in Melton.
